1 on 1 Health Coaching

As a health coach, I support my clients to make step-by-step changes to their food and lifestyle so they can reach their health and wellness goals. 

With my 1 on 1 Coaching program, I will provide you with the education, resources, support, guidance and the accountability you need to reach your health goals. This can range anywhere from:

  • Weight Loss
  • Increasing energy levels
  • Stress Management
  • Managing chronic conditions like heart disease/diabetes/blood pressure
  • Healthy menu planning and meal prepping
  • Eating a more plant-based diet
  • Improving sleep habits and sleep quality
  • Getting regular with exercise
  • Easing digestive issues
  • Creating and living a life you LOVE

How it Works:

I offer a 3 month coaching program where I will meet with you every two weeks for a 50 minute session.  We will discuss your goals, progress, action items, etc to help you feel healthier and happier.

The program will include the biweekly health coaching sessions, unlimited email support, recipes, helpful handouts, personalized goodies for you to try and more!

  2. Once we talk, I will send you my “health history” form which will allow me to assess your current health status, food and lifestyle habits, and your goals for the program.
  3. We will start our program from there!

Why it Works:

          As a holistic health coach, we know that everyone is bio-individual.  What works for one person does not work for another.  We personalize your health care, so you get better results.  We also believe thatfood is not the only thing that nourishes us. We are more than just physical bodies. We are emotional and spiritual beings as well. To have optimal health, we need to look at all the parts of our life that influence our health.  Physical activity, good quality sleep, rest, laughter, sunshine, supportive relationships, a spiritual practice, etc. are all factors that affect our health and well-being. Committing to daily self-care rituals, having meaningful social connections and taking out time to just slow down and breathe will take your nourishment full circle. I’m here to support you to integrate these positive changes into your life!

The Cost:

The program is very reasonably priced!

The cost of each session is $50 and you will be having 2 sessions a month.
Payments of $50 can be made at each session (which will be biweekly) or payments of $100 can be made monthly for the 2 sessions of the month.  This will be due at the first session of the month. If you prefer to pay the total cost of $300 for all the sessions in your 3 month program upfront, the cost will be reduced to $275!  Payments may be made by credit card, check or cash.

A lot of my time, energy and resources go into providing you with a quality service. You are investing in your long-term health as everything I will be teaching you will help you create sustainable life-long changes for better health and a more balanced, happier life!
